Who are our trips designed for?

Our trips are carefully curated with couples, families and single travelers in mind. While they are generally open to all, some may have restrictions.

What services do you offer?

Currently we offer promotional trip packages without airfare, they are all inclusive (food and beverage) for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 13 at time of travel. The price remains the same for singles or families.

The booking process

We keep the booking process simple. You simply pick your dates, answer a few pre-qualification questions and make your payment. All that is left is to pack your trunks.

Payment Options:

We currently accept all major credit cards, through our payment processor (PayPal)
Please note, the nightly hotel resort fees are payable on arrival (between $30-$40 per night)

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

We understand that things come up and life happens, all travelers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days.
 
A Traveler may cancel, reschedule or make changes to a reservation without a penalty if the change request is received at least Thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival. If a Traveler cancels a reservation less than Thirty (30) days but more than Seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival, there will be a penalty charged to the Traveler of Ninety-Nine ($99.00 USD) US Dollars. If a cancellation is made less than Seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be a penalty of One Hundred and Ninety-Nine ($199.00 USD) US Dollars.

Customer no shows

As these low priced trips are used as marketing cost to the resorts, there is a no show fee attached to the trips.
In the event that a Traveler is a “no-show” at the Resort, or makes a cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date there will be a mandatory charge of $230 US Dollars.

What documentation is required for travel bookings?

In order to enter the Dominican Republic, a valid passport will be necessary
